Val Brown Posted April 3, 2011 Report Posted April 3, 2011 Nice! I wish I had known that, it would have helped with some of my debugging in the past.... Quote
jgcode Posted April 3, 2011 Report Posted April 3, 2011 Nice! I wish I had known that, it would have helped with some of my debugging in the past.... I knew you could change the inputs but didn't know you could change the outputs, so thats pretty cool - thanks for sharing. Quote
mje Posted April 4, 2011 Report Posted April 4, 2011 Wait....what? I had no idea you could change values of either input or output when you do that. Suddenly that feature is useful to me... Quote
Omar Mussa Posted April 4, 2011 Report Posted April 4, 2011 I've been using this feature forever and it is very powerful, in fact, I even reported a bug that NI Introduced in LV2009 (that has been since fixed) here: The fact that NI introduced a bug in this feature just shows how little visibility its had (even potentially within NI). jgcode Posted April 4, 2011 Report Posted April 4, 2011 I've been using this feature forever Well why didn't you let us know about it then? Quote
Omar Mussa Posted April 4, 2011 Report Posted April 4, 2011 I am planning on it Actually, I am doing a presentation at NIWeek this year on LabVIEW debugging and I fully intend to include 'Suspend When Called' as part of the topic. Quote
