Splitting my string output of data

One small step in my project is to divide up my outputted data into small subsections. There are certain areas of the data that I want to extract then convert. My data is in hexadecimal. I want to extract certain parts of it and then display it, How can I do that?. My results come in the value of a string

Alternatively, have you tried the split string function?

Or, you could try a monospaced font and tape on the screen.
