Associating my EXE with a specific file extension type

I generated the application with LabVIEW 2011 and I tried to add SuperSecretPrivateSpecialStuff=True in my application INI file without any change. 

I'm confused about this.  Were you under the impressing adding this INI key to your application would do something?  This is generally used to show hidden development features that NI thinks isn't ready for prime time yet.  I'm not aware of it doing anything to an application.
