single board computer

Hello,

has anyone run any labview applications in single board computers? i wish to develop few applications for industrial use, using labview. i can build the application using application builder and load application as well as runtime enginer in SBC. Please help me if some one has run any model SBC a labview applicaitons. I wish to know which company and which model SBC can handle labview application.

As long as the SBC has the required processor speed, memory, video, hard disk space, and the operating system loaded etc, I see no reason why there would be any issues. Look at it this way- most computers today are basically "single board" in terms of the motherboard having on-board video, ethernet, audio, USB/serial/parallel ports, etc.

It may not help you find the solution specifically, but for reference, most of the NI PXI controllers are SBC w/ the necessary things hanging off for the peripherals.

Yep, I've used a bunch of SBCs in the past - as far as LabVIEW's concerned, they're standard PCs, so they work great.
