This is just a note to inform people that we will now require the version number of your submission in the submitted filename. For example: myfile_v1.0.0.zip myfile_v1.0.1.zip myfile_v1.1.0.zip... etc. This is to avoid confusion when multiple file versions are submitted. At the bottom of your download page you can view all the previous versions of the submission. The version is not indicated anywhere. The only solution right now is to include the version in the filename.

I'm seriously thinking of opening a "Student Corner" forum where all this can be moved.

Also, don't forget. The Gallery is just a convenient place to store your images. Also, all LAVA members have access to a personal album that shows their forums post images as well. Don't forget LAVA already has thousands of images stored in posts and thread bodies already. Don't be afraid to use the LAVA website people. It's OK to walk on the grass. I appreciate your concern about server load but please, don't be. We need more community involvement on LAVA, not less.

This is a known issue. Working on it...

crelf, I had the forums support people work on a fix for this issue on the LAVA site. You should be able to preview your blog post images now. Can you verify this.

Have you ever wanted to send an email to Info-LabVIEW and link an image of a LabVIEW diagram, but didn't know where to host it? Have you ever wanted to link to an image in a post on the NI Forums but didn't know where to host it? Have you ever wanted to add an image to your signature on LAVA or the NI Forums but didn't know where to host it? Well now LAVA is making the Gallery area of the website available to all users (not just Premium Members). You will have access to upload any images you want inside your own personal (private or public) Albums. I hope this will lead to increased usage of the Gallery from all of you and help you in providing a common storage area for your images. If you have any issues or questions on how to use the Gallery please post them to the LAVA support forum. PS. You can also upload movies and flash files.

I honestly never thought of using a for loop. I always used a while loop since the beginning of time. What's even more curious is that of all the LabVIEW programmers I've interacted with, not even once has anyone brought this point up. I'm not trying to suggest that your implementation is invalid or any less worthy. I'm just shocked that this is the first time I've come across this. Learn something new everyday, I guess.
