I think allso you have to install the DAQmx 8.3 afresh.We had similar problem with PDA module. ohiofudu.

Michael, Thank you so munch for taking the pain to explain what is going on....Now I know how LabVIEW handle constants .I have not upgraded yet to 8.20 I am still with my Good old 7.1 pro at home and 8.0.1 in the office I will be upgrading soon. once more Thanks. Ohiofudu.

Hi Blume , You want to kown my favorite Express VI.......it is the Express Time_out in the time and dialog palette.Iuse it alot when controlling instruments.The error in and the error out is very usefull that is why I like it most. Regards , ohiofudu.

Hi Jim, We are using LV 8 and PDA module for our new project ,We started with 7.1 PDA module and we hard lots of bugs ,on the indicators and some controls.Now LV 8 PDA is doing a better job than the 7.1.So I have to change all the PDA Applications to LV 8. Greetings from Germany. Ohiofudu.
