  1. This is a known issue. Working on it...
  2. crelf, I had the forums support people work on a fix for this issue on the LAVA site. You should be able to preview your blog post images now. Can you verify this.
  3. Have you ever wanted to send an email to Info-LabVIEW and link an image of a LabVIEW diagram, but didn't know where to host it? Have you ever wanted to link to an image in a post on the NI Forums but didn't know where to host it? Have you ever wanted to add an image to your signature on LAVA or the NI Forums but didn't know where to host it? Well now LAVA is making the Gallery area of the website available to all users (not just Premium Members). You will have access to upload any images you want inside your own personal (private or public) Albums. I hope this will lead to increased usage of the Gallery from all of you and help you in providing a common storage area for your images. If you have any issues or questions on how to use the Gallery please post them to the LAVA support forum. PS. You can also upload movies and flash files.
  4. QUOTE(njkirchner @ Mar 30 2007, 02:19 PM) I'm running IE7 and it's working fine. What I mean is that when I click on a link it opens it in the same browser window. What was your expectation? Also, IE7 has tabs so you can shift+middleclick to open it in a tab. By default the links open in the same window, what are you looking for?
  5. QUOTE(Michael_Aivaliotis @ Mar 28 2007, 03:44 AM) LAVA Google search is back online. Enjoy.. this rocks.
  6. QUOTE(yen @ Mar 30 2007, 02:41 AM) I agree.
  7. QUOTE(martin@aerodynamics @ Mar 29 2007, 10:21 PM) I think this is a different issue. It's suppose to work this way.
  8. QUOTE(yen @ Mar 29 2007, 12:12 PM) Are you using IE or FF?
  9. QUOTE(Jim Kring @ Mar 28 2007, 10:56 PM) Since when? Jim, stop screwing with our minds...

  11. I honestly never thought of using a for loop. I always used a while loop since the beginning of time. What's even more curious is that of all the LabVIEW programmers I've interacted with, not even once has anyone brought this point up. I'm not trying to suggest that your implementation is invalid or any less worthy. I'm just shocked that this is the first time I've come across this. Learn something new everyday, I guess.

  13. Can you possibly attach a screen shot? I'm not sure which link you are speaking of.
  14. The LAVA Google search is temporarily offline because of some bugs. The old search is back for now.
  15. QUOTE(Jim Kring @ Mar 26 2007, 12:21 PM) Let's just say that, if you think that the advertisement is relevant to your search and you feel it might provide some help, then please go ahead and click it.
  16. There have been many complaints by members that the LAVA search engine does not return good results. In order to improve this, i've replaced the built-in search engine on the forums with the google search engine. Please let me know if this behaves better and returns better results.
  17. Sorry, I will fix this soon. For now, the search only works in the English Language.
  18. QUOTE QUOTE(Tomi Maila @ Mar 25 2007, 03:49 PM) I second Jim in this question. Since you are using Feedburner, I'm sure you can find the answer there.
  19. QUOTE(Jim Kring @ Mar 25 2007, 02:01 PM) You can control the syndication on your end and only insert the first sentence or so in the feed (teaser text). This is what NI does on their news feed. Also, to ensuring that appropriate credit is given, include a copyright reference in the final line of the Item Description field of your RSS feed. You can also integrate links back to the source website in the Item description field.Finaly, if you want me to remove your blog from the forum, just send me a PM. I've removed the blogs forum from the - All of LAVA- RSS feed. I've kept the NI RSS feed in there however.
  20. QUOTE(njkirchner @ Mar 25 2007, 01:17 AM) Well, this post is four years old but is this what you mean?... http://forums.lavag.org/Using-sub-panels-to-create-child-windows-t62.html' target="_blank">Using sub-panels to create child windows.
  21. There are two images. Your Personal photo which is visible in your Member profile. Your Avatar, which is available in your posts and topics. This one is configurable in your control panel. Click Personal Profile>Edit Avatar Settings. I hope this helps.
  22. I like that they start every episode with a discussion on beer.

  24. QUOTE(lraynal @ Mar 22 2007, 07:03 AM) I think it's a shame that someone from NI has the #1 spot in the Arcade! Where are all the non-NI LAVA members? C'mon guys, this is embarrassing. We have to knock Darren from his perch. This should be our goal as a group......in addition to adding content on the LabVIEW Wiki of course. .
