hooovahh Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 is it possible to use labview?? Forgive me if I sound cold but I get jaded by these kinds of posts. Yes it is possible as Loco's signature says it's possible "just do it!!!". Crelf even posted an test system build several years ago that did just what you wanted. But it's not cheap. What's your budget? Aside from that what hardware have you selected? What code have you made so far? What's some of your requirements? Look at some examples. Read some LabVIEW books, maybe take a training course and you'll be in alot better shape to tackle this task. Quote
loco Posted October 24, 2010 Author Report Posted October 24, 2010 i think that is too advanced.. im trying to simulate a project like the car backward parking simulation example in LabVIEW 2009 Quote
Christian_L Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 i think that is too advanced.. im trying to simulate a project like the car backward parking simulation example in LabVIEW 2009 Is it possible, yes. Can you provide more specific questions? What ideas do you have so far? You have to provide a lot more information before we can really help you. Quote
loco Posted October 26, 2010 Author Report Posted October 26, 2010 my idea is to put the target any where within the simulation panel ( just like when you move the car around in the example). and once i push the launch button, the rocket will fly towards the target. it is a 2D simulation.. meaning we will only see the rocket turning right or left. i also wanted to have a panel which show the movement of the fins and the displacement angle of the fins.. here i attach the preliminary front panel design for the simulation..tq Quote
