NI's Individual Academic partner

I want to know that how to become NI's individual acdamic partner .I mean to guide student of different college regarding  ,take workshop and seminar,how to solve problem using LabVIEW and many more on this NI's technology.

 

I am NI's certified .I am individual and not attached to any academic instiute/college.
