how to add timer stamp and collect data for every 5 seconds

hello there 

i'm stuck with my assignment. i have made a VI that generates random number and writes the data to CSV file 

I have added a timer stamp in the first column

now i want to get the data for every 5 seconds using wait function

how do i do it ?
