Does anyone know how to fix this error that appears when starting up LabVIEW 3.0.1?

Failure: "units.c", line 334
LabVIEW version 3.0.1
Please record the preceding information
and contact National Instruments for
Technical Support

I don't plan on contacting NI because I doubt this version is still supported, at least not without a contract.
