Francois Normandin
Awesome. However, if it's going to be put on the t-shirt, there shouldn't be a broken arrow... Quote Link to comment
Michael Aivaliotis
QUOTE (Yen @ May 28 2008, 10:35 AM) What about the guess which was hiding under the diagram? === What do you mean? Quote Link to comment
Yair
QUOTE (Michael_Aivaliotis @ May 28 2008, 07:47 PM) What do you mean? I was refering to this: QUOTE (Yen @ May 28 2008, 07:29 PM) My guess would be using an old version of LabVIEW (as can be seen by the toolbar) which does not prevent this. Quote Link to comment
LAVA 1.0 Content
Nah it can't be an older version since there is a project drop-down. Don't worry Yair, you are trapped in LV 7.1 land so we'll let that one slide. My only guess is that those are over-lapping wires not the same wire looping over itself. Ben Quote Link to comment
Yair
QUOTE (neB @ May 28 2008, 08:03 PM) Nah it can't be an older version since there is a project drop-down Just look at the picture. It clearly is an older version. My guess would be 6.0 or earlier. As for the Project menu item, that's easy - it has nothing to do with the current project concept. Ever wonder why you have to put VIs in the "Project" folder to make them appear in the Tools menu? That is why - backward compatibility. As for different wires crossing each other, that was my initial guess, but it doesn't fly - when wires cross in newer versions they always have a boundary. Quote Link to comment

Well I have to admit you taught me something I never noticed! So it looks like an older version of LV is the best guess yet. Ben Quote Link to comment
orko
Wow! That took some time/talent! Looks like a stress test for the VI Analyzer I wonder how many wire bends it would report? Quote Link to comment

Justin Goeres
QUOTE (Michael_Aivaliotis @ May 28 2008, 10:33 AM) I'm sure I could fill several T-Shirts with the diagrams I've seen. Each person can wear one piece of the diagram and the code becomes whole when several people stand side by side. STOP LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT. QUOTE (neB @ May 28 2008, 09:01 AM) Etch-a-sketch frustrated me as a kid because I could not render a circle. I really think that Trigonometry is a pre-req for etch-a-sketch use. Then all the kid has to master is producing a sine wave with one hand and a cosine with the other. That would get them all the Lissajous curves! Quote Link to comment
