  1. QUOTE(crelf @ Mar 3 2008, 07:27 AM) crelf you're so knowledgeable!
  2. I've increased the width from 400px to 500px and the height from 300px to 400px.
  3. Thank you for pointing this out Yen. I didn't pay attention too much to this setting. I changed it so you don't have to be logged in to download in the CR. Once again, LAVA ROCKS!! PS: If you still notice an issue let me know.
  4. I have added 2007 and 2008 to the "year you started using LabVIEW" field selectable from your profile and when registering. Those that wanted 2007 or 2008 as a starting year can now change it in your profile. Thank You for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.
  5. Check out the collection of cool LabVIEW user interfaces in the LAVA Gallery by LAVA member CarlosCalderon. Great Work!
  6. If you currently do a search for the keyword "LabVIEW" on Google, you will notice that the LabVIEW Wiki is on the first page of the search results. It is on the bottom of the list, but it's there! This is very cool. This means that more eyes will be looking at the Wiki in the future which means it is more important than ever to make sure it has relevant and comprehensive content. In the past, I've tried to add some fun pages to the Wiki to try and get involvement. One area which I think we have vested interest in is the LabVIEW Ecosystem. The Forums page is empty, can someone fill this in? Also, I've always wanted to have a History of LabVIEW page. Any volunteers? There are many more pages that are missing like (as someone mentioned on Info-LV), list of LabVIEW Books etc. Let's make 2008 the year of the big push to get more content on the Wiki than ever before.
  7. It seems that Ben is at it again. This time Mustard and Coke get thrown in the mix.
  8. When I saw this video the first thing I said to myself was: "This is one for the LAVA lounge".
  9. Time to pimp the marketing girl
  10. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles. Now while doing this draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about it.
  11. QUOTE(Chris Davis @ Jan 27 2008, 06:34 PM) I have to agree. This is the best (hands down) site out there for young kids. My son is 9 and he goes on there all by himself. After a few hours he emerges with "hey look at what I built!". The instructions are perfect and detailed. The code is right there so you just click on the link, it opens in NXT G and you just run it, done! PS. people actually read my blog? Thanks!
  12. QUOTE(i2dx @ Jan 11 2008, 01:11 PM) Certified Tagging System Architect. I think Ben 's got that one. However I think it means: Certified Test Stand Architect
  13. QUOTE(crelf @ Jan 8 2008, 06:25 AM) The RSS Feed for the downloads is here. QUOTE(pallen @ Jan 8 2008, 08:55 AM) Yeah, I just noticed my RSS feed in Thunderbird is dead too. I just fixed this, check again, thanks.
  14. QUOTE(tcplomp @ Jan 3 2008, 10:45 PM) I changed them now both to: Submit. They are now both the same. Too complicated to explain why they were both different.
  15. This now implemented. Text on the buttons is not dynamic (edit vs. post) but it works. Please keep an eye out for bugs and report them here please. Edit:Ok, it seems like I missed something. The buttons only show when editing the first post in the thread. Oh well, back to the drawing board. Edit:Ok, I think I got it now.
  16. LAVA already has forums for stuff like this. Anyone (as always) is welcome to post there. http://forums.lavag.org/Announcements-f25.html Products, or Other announcements will do. As far as expiration, a quick PM to me or You (since you now have the power) can close these topic off or even delete them.
  17. it's interesting that there's approx. 350 topic views but only 12 votes. Now I realize not every view is unique but sometimes you gotta wonder...
  18. I've moved this suggestion to it's own thread because I think it's a good idea and I want to keep track of it. I think it's possible to move the reply button further up on the page with very little effort.
  19. QUOTE(tcplomp @ Dec 18 2007, 09:22 PM) There's one reply button at the very bottom of the post and one at the very top. There are also "" quote replies at the end of each message.
