Hi Maybe in China, because this is where they are producing it. I don't think that cable has got worse parameters than equipment for which it is dedicated. BTW I think that cable has got better parameters that the equipment, because it is just a cable some copper cables and isolation and few connectors. That's all. Maybe you should ask some product managers from NI. bogdani

Hi If you want to do this in a good way you should insert a generic description in VI Properities >> Documentation. If you want to clarify your algorithm you could also write some description in Data Diagram, to make sure that everyone understand you intention. Of course you need to do an Icon and some description for inputs and outputs to your VI. bogdani

Hi I think LV Punk choose the best solutions. The third edition of LabVIEW for Everyone is the best book on the market right now and it is much cheaper than NI training. Instead of NI training you could also buy only a book from this training and it is also cheaper solutions than spending 1700 for training. bogdani

Hi I totaly agree with you, in another month for axample January, February not in summer season could be much cheaper to fly to US, and I think it will be cheaper even when the participation cost will rise. I think it is the bggest problem for people that are not from US. For example VIP Days were in February, and it was no problem to get there in many ways (cars, plane, train) and of course it was quite cheap. bogdani

Hi I could say that I sometimes like risk so for new project I take the risk and do it in LV 8, but if somethings go wrong I could switch to 7.1.1. Hi Now I have my Christmas gift, I get my LabVIEW 8 PDS CD's. :-) Now I'm happy, there was no problem with activation ofcourse, but was small problem with DSC installation. Regards bogdani

Hi A month ago I just install LabVIEW 8 evaluation and write my licence code and everythink was OK. After that I activated my soft with any problems. I can say that there wasn't any problems with that. Maybe when I will be acticating rest of my instalation will be some problems, but right now I don't have any problems with that. Now I wait for my LabVIEW 8 PDS. Have you hear something when NI will be sending CD's to customers ? Regards bogdani
